Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Emam, An associate professor of special education at Sultan Qaboos University. PhD from the University of Manchester, Two masters from the Assiut University, Egypt, and the University of London, the UK. I attained two Fulbright scholarships at University of Kansas, and University of Florida. Currently holding two research grants in Learning disabilities from Centre for Special Studies and Programs, Egypt, and His Majesty’s Research Fund, Oman. Published articles in international, regional and national journals.
Dr. Mahmoud I. Masoud (SM’12) He received the Ph.D. degree from Heriot‐Watt University, Edinburgh, UK, in 2003. He was promoted to full professor in Alexandria University, March 2016. He is currently with the ECE Department, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman and on leave from Alexandria University, Egypt. Dr. Masoud is a senior member IEEE. His research interests include renewable energy systems, power electronics applications, and electrical machine drives. Currently, part of his research oriented towards engineering education.
