(top of class with honors) and M.Sc. degrees from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Alexandria, in 1996 and 1999, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U.K., in 2003.

Dr. Rashid Al Abri - received the B.Sc in electrical engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, in 2002 and  M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, in 2004.
